I solved one of my client's problems of hunchback and stiff lower limbsreduced her waist circumference from 77cm down to 72cm,and refreshed the deep squat record to 70kg, deadlift 80kg, bench press 45kg from a standard noob after about 4 months of training. Meanwhile, through the combination of strength+functional training, her boxing performance has been improved, her punches are faster, balance is more stable. I love all kinds of outdoor sports, especially biking. Even cycled 2000km on the Tibetan Plateau at an altitude of 4k-5k. I still believe that fitness is for practicality and to improve the performance of various outdoor sports, like running, rock climbing, swimming, mountain biking, golf, basketball, rugby etc. It makes you run faster, jump higher, fight more steadily and stay away from injuries.
