As a future bodybuilder I specialize in weight training for lean muscle growth with a large focus clean eating. I offer nutritional consultations and dietary advise to all my clients because I believe that your dream physique is made not just in the gym but in the kitchen. I'm super passionate about all aspects of health, and I've seen the way simple lifestyle changes can drastically improve your happiness and wellbeing. My coaching involves 1:1 training and 24/7 support if you have any exercise or nutrition questions. I also offer 1:2 training if you want to work out with a friend.
