My goal is to help those at the beginner-intermediate level find their confidence at the gym and reach their dream physique by using easy-to-learn and scientifically backed training methods. My story starts at this very gym, which I now call my second home. Through years of hard work and research, I have gained extensive knowledge about muscle hypertrophy, strength, weight loss, and sport-specific training methods. Now, I am ready to impart my training knowledge and experience onto you. From my own training, I have experienced first-hand the transformative power of health and fitness and its effect on one’s physical, mental, and social well-being. I have also had many amazing people help and support me along the way. From these experiences, I have learned the importance of having someone to guide and support me through the fundamentals of training, and the physical and mental intricacies of resistance training that have led to genuine results. I believe that a personal trainer’s duties go beyond simply demonstrating proper form and spotting during hard sets.
