Hi, I’m Wen, and fitness changed my life. I used to be very skinny and struggled with confidence in my body. In 2022, I decided to take control of my health and began training seriously and I’ve never looked back. Through consistent strength training, proper nutrition, and a lot of trial and error, I built not only muscle, but also discipline and self-belief. Now, as a certified personal trainer, I help others do the same. I know what it feels like to be unsure in the gym or frustrated with slow progress, because I’ve been there.
