Zavier Tuohy

Fitness has been a part of my life from a young age. With experience across various sports, I’ve built a strong foundation in athletic performance, discipline, and physical development. My journey led me to kickboxing, where I hold a 2–0-1 K1 fight record, and strength training, through which I’ve successfully put on over 12kg of muscle.

I bring years of hands-on experience, a lifelong passion for fitness, and a deep understanding of what it takes to achieve real, lasting results. Whether that's fat loss, muscle gain, boost athletic performance, or gain confidence in and out of the gym. My aim is to share what’s worked for me and tailor it to work for you.
