150g lean cut steak. The redder the better; trim the fat off the sides. Increase this to 250g if your energy requirements are higher.
1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon Tuscan seasoning
1 cup mushrooms
1 diced tomato
1 cup spinach
1/2 avocado
1. Heat butter in a pan, lightly cook the steak both sides to your liking. Season with Tuscan salt.
2. Then proceed to pan frying the mushrooms, spinach and tomato.
3. Serve alongside avocado and enjoy.
