What’s this all about?

Jetts Membership Cancellation Policy let’s you know;

  • We understand, that one day you might need to leave us and if that happens we want to make it as easy as possible for you;
  • How can you cancel your membership?
  • How can we cancel your membership?
  • How it works for a Paid in Advance membership?

1. Sorry to see you go!

(1)  Thanks for being a member with us. We try our best to make exercise easy for our members, by being friendly, convenient and affordable, having 24/7/365 access, flexible membership options and over 200 clubs in New Zealand and Australia. But if it is really time to leave, like most things we try to do – let’s make it easy for you….

2. How to cancel your membership?

  1. The only way to cancel your membership is to send an email to membership@jetts.co.nz or live chat at jetts.co.nz - you are not able to cancel your membership by phone or in person at the club.
  2. The email (Written Notice) must be sent directly to membership@jetts.co.nz giving us at least 2 weeks notice prior to the cancellation date. You must supply us with your full name, club and secure access tag number and the date you would like to have your cancellation effective from. Our membership support team will then send you an email confirmation. So if you don’t hear back from us within 48 hours, please contact us again as it might be that it was not received and your cancellation does not take effect until such time that we confirm with you.
  3. You can only cancel your membership if all of your membership fees are up to date.

3.. Oops…..

  1. If you don’t follow the rules, we may be placed in a position where we have to cancel your membership. This might be for example, if your fees haven’t been paid and we haven’t been able to get in contact with you to chat about it or you act in a way that is not in line with the rules or are harmful to another Jetts Member.

4. And if you’ve paid for your membership in advance (PIA)

(1) If you have a membership where you have paid the entire membership in advance, you may be able to cancel and receive a refund (with Written Notice being given) if;

(a) You let us know in within the Cooling Off period (7 days fromthe day you activate);

(b) There is a loss of life;

(c) You become permanently sick or physically incapacitated (a Doctor must confirm this in writing)
