- How it works for a Paid in Advance membership?
1. Sorry to see you go!
(1) Thanks for being a member with us. We try our best to makle exercise easy for our members, by being friendly, convenient and affordable, having 24/7 access, no lock-in contracts and over 200 clubs in New Zealand and Australia. But if it is really time to leave, like most things we try to do – let’s make it easy for you….
2. How to cancel your membership?
- The only way to cancel your membership is to send an email to your home Club. All email addresses are listed on our website www.jetts.co.nz.
- The email (Written Notice) must be sent directly to your Club by 5pm on a business day, giving us at least 2 business days notice prior to the cancellation date. Your Club Manager will then send you an email confirmation within 1 business day of its receipt. So if you don’t hear back from us, please contact us again as it might be that it was not received and your cancellation does not take effect until such time that we confirm with you.
- If you let us know you want to cancel by 5pm on the Wednesday before your debit comes out, no more debits will be deducted but you must still provide 2 business days notice, otherwise a further payment will be deducted.
3.. Oops…..
- If you don’t follow the rules, we may be placed in a position where we have to cancel your membership. This might be for example, if your fees haven’t been paid and we haven’t been able to get in contact with you to chat about it or you act in a way that is not in line with the rules or are harmful to another Jetts Member.
4. And if you’ve paid for your membership in advance (PIA)
(1) If you have a membership where you have paid the entire membership in advance, you may be able to cancel and receive a refund (with Written Notice being given) if;
(a) You let us know in within the Cooling Off period (5 business days);
(b) There is a loss of life;
(c) You become permanently sick or physically incapacitated (a Doctor must confirm this in writing)
