Ingredients
250g beef (schnitzel)
2 cloves garlic
1 carrot
1/2 capsicum
1/2 broccoli
150g mushroom
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon sesame or olive oil
salt and pepper
Method:
Cut the beef into thin strips.
Crush the garlic, chop all veggies to the desired size and start slicing the carrot into matchstick slices.
Make sure the pan is hot, add the oil and stir fry the beef for 2 minutes and then remove from the pan.
Add all veggies into the pan, and stir fry for another 4 minutes (they should still be a little crunchy).
Return the beef to the pan to quickly heat through, adding the soy sauce.
Serve and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
