1 cup old fashioned oats
1 banana, sliced (Save a few slices for topping)
1 Tbsp chia seeds
1 Tsp cinnamon
Pinch of salt
3 cups of water
2 Tbsp peanut butter
Add oats, banana slices, chia seeds, cinnamon and salt to a pot.
Add water and stir to combine
Heat over medium-high heat for 8-10 minutes or until the liquid is absorbed. Make sure you stir while cooking so it doesn't clump
Pour the oats into two seperate bowls and top with peanut butter, banana slices and a sprinkle of chia seeds
A bowel has around 17 grams of fibre and 11 grams of protein.
