Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Smoothie

Whether you’re looking for a delicious post workout pick-me-up or a nourishing breakfast on-the-go, this creamy Chocolate Peanut Butter Smoothie will do just the trick. This triple treat smoothie contains the perfect mix of carbs, protein and healthy fat, ticking off all the major macronutrients and providing you with a well balanced meal that will leave you feeling satisfied, satiated and full of energy.

Ingredients: 

  • 1 Banana (frozen) 

  • ¼ Cup of Oats 

  • 1tbs Natural Peanut Butter 

  • 1 Scoop Chocolate Protein Powder 

  • 1 Cup Unsweetened Almond Milk 

  • Honey or Maple Syrup (optional)

  • Ice 

Directions: 

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until you achieve desired consistency. 

  2. Adjust flavour and consistency as needed.
