Hi, I’m Amelia, a personal trainer dedicated to helping women build strength, resilience, and confidence inside and outside the gym. My passion for fitness came from my own life experiences: growing up between the city and the country, working in the demanding world of dairy farming for 5 years, and overcoming the mental and physical challenges of an ACL injury. Through it all, fitness became my anchor, helping me rebuild my body, regain my confidence, and find a place that gave me purpose. That journey inspired me to create Move with Milly, a coaching space where women are encouraged to take up space, prioritize their health, and realize their strength. I believe fitness isn’t just about aesthetics - it’s about feeling capable, empowered, and connected. Whether you’re starting your fitness journey, rebuilding after injury, or looking for a trainer who understands, I’m here to help you move forward.
