As a personal trainer, my philosophy is that fitness is fun. It’s so much more than being healthy and feeling good. It’s also about the journey - figuring out where you are and where you want to get to, and having a great time along the way. Partnering with you in your journey is what I’m passionate about. In addition to developing a programme that will help you achieve the fitness goals you desire, I will help you to stay on track. Yes, it does mean that I will hold you accountable, but it also means that I will be there to share your moments of joy when you realise how much better you feel and how much more you can do.
