Hi, my name is Daniel and I am a qualified personal trainer. I started my fitness journey when I was 15 with a lack of knowledge on where to start, three years later I can now say that being in the gym feels like home. Fitness has had so many benefits in my life that are not just limited to physical change but also mental change. My love for being in the gym urged me to look for ways to spread my journey and that is why I became a personal trainer. My goal as a personal trainer is to encourage and push others to achieve there fitness goals with my experience and knowledge. My priority is to make sure that others can feel confident in their own bodies regardless of their experience so that they can continue to better themselves in the gym.
