Hi, I’m Dayna, the founder of Dayna Spiller Fitness and a passionate coach with 13 years in the fitness industry—still loving every moment of it! My mission is to empower women to move with confidence, build strength, and achieve their goals safely and effectively. I’ve had the privilege of working with women at all stages of life, from teen-hood, pre-natal to menopause, as well as supporting those navigating the conditions endometriosis. Whether through 1:1 Personal Training, Bootcamps, or specialised Pre & Post-Natal exercise, I take pride in creating a supportive and motivating space where women can thrive. I’m a proud mum of three, lover of all things fun, and someone who enjoys a good book in my downtime. My fitness journey has taken me from competing in multiple Bikini Bodybuilding competitions and winning an IFBB NZ Nationals comp to embracing the incredible experience of motherhood. With a Double Major in Business and Events Management and an experienced Personal Trainer specialising in female health and fitness, I bring both expertise and real-life experience to my coaching.
