I'm passionate about helping people feel good about themselves. I believe that when you FEEL GOOD, you excel in life. For me, a healthy lifestyle is much more than just the right mix of lifting weights, cardio and mobility (though I LOVE helping people get STRONG, fit, and move better!). It’s about addressing all of the foundations of health - eating to nourish the body, getting enough sleep, utilising stress management tools, rest and recovery, and working on the mindset. I love helping others see and experience what their bodies are capable of when they take the actions needed to reach their goals.
