I'm a personal trainer here at Jetts Gym Gisborne. My primary focus is obesity helping people live longer, healthier lives. My passion for health & fitness started as a kid weighing 105kgs at 13 years old. Since then, I lost a massive amount of weight & have made it my mission to help others on their fitness journeys.
