At 18 I was clinically underweight. Going to the gym with my mum, who is a personal trainer and world-class powerlifter, completely changed my life. She helped me gain healthy weight, build strength, and fall in love with fitness. Now equipped with experience and a personal journey, I’ve teamed up with my nutritionist wife to help benefit those who struggle with eating and exercise to overall benefit the health of as many people as possible.
