Michael Hack

When I was younger I never knew that fitness could be fun. I wasn't good at any sports and the only way to keep fit I knew was to go on a run. I didn't like running and so I thought fitness wasn't for me but then I found my passion in weight training. It turned my life around, and gave me confidence and direction in my life. It is my goal to help others gain that same confidence in themselves that I was able to find through my fitness journey. So whether you want to lose weight, get fitter or bigger or stronger or all of the above, I want to be there to help.
