Hi, I’m Noah — a Personal Trainer with a passion for helping others become the best version of themselves, both in and out of the gym. My background in surf life saving, competitive surf ski, and endurance sports has shaped the way I train and coach others. Where if it’s building strength in the gym, improving performance in sports or helping overall wellbeing , I know the benefits that training does to every day life. I want to work with athletes and everyday people who want to improve their strength, performance, and confidence. I understand what it’s like to juggle your fitness with everything else life throws at you — but I also know the reward that comes from showing up and putting in the work. My coaching is built around smart, goal-driven programming, supportive accountability, and helping you find a training style you can enjoy.
