With over 50 years life experience and nearly 30 years in the corporate world I decided I wanted to change my life and become a Personal Trainer.
Throughout my life I have always been keen on sports, playing and coaching competitive football, rugby, cricket and judo from a young age. I now enjoy playing squash, tennis, golf and training regularly at the gym.
