Growing up l always played lots of sports but no matter how hard I tried playing the sports I wouldn't see any personal development like I have through the gym. To me the gym is the only place that makes sense because every single piece of hard work that you put in you will get the results to show for it. Through learning how important training, sleeping and dieting is I'm excited to help others achieve their fitness goals by helping them understand that the gym isn't the only place where we can work on our health.
