I started working out since 2016. Working out literally changed my life which make me more confident and positive. I was 115kg when I was 16, then I realized fat effect my health, and my relationship. I have successfully lost 30kg through training and diet within a year. Through training my body shape, posture, and mental state have improved a lot.
